摘 要:针对批量生产型企业面临来自不同客户的不同要求订单时的设备维修决策问题,提出了基于客户满意度的视情维护策略模型。首先,使用Gamma分布刻画设备的加速劣化过程,并给出产品质量和设备故障率的函数关系式。其次,结合单次批量生产结束后设备故障率和维修阈值,确定维修策略和维修方法。再次,以预防性维护阈值、质量更换阈值和批量生产大小为决策变量,分别构建设备运行成本模型和满意度模型,求和后得到总成本模型。最后,使用鲸鱼算法对模型进行寻优求解,并通过算例验证了模型的实际有效性,且对模型中的各成本参数进行了灵敏度分析。To solve the problem of equipment maintenance decision in mass production enterprises when they were faced with different orders from different customers, a maintenance strategy model based on customer satisfaction was proposed. Gamma distribution was used to describe the accelerated deterioration process of equipment, and the functional relationship between product quality and equipment failure rate was given. In combination with the equipment failure rate and maintenance threshold after the end of a single batch production, the maintenance strategy and maintenance method were determined. Taking preventive maintenance threshold, quality replacement threshold and batch production size as decision variables, the equipment operation cost model and satisfaction model were built respectively, and the total cost model was obtained after summation. The whale algorithm was used to find the optimal solution of the model, the actual effectiveness of the model was verified by an example, and the sensitivity analysis of each cost parameter in the model was carried out.
