摘  要:在某云巴胶轮有轨电车项目桥梁设计过程中,为了解决全线钢梁架设完成后梁体竖向线形调整难度较大的问题,对轨道梁走行面的调整方案进行研究。横向对比铁路、公路、新型轨道交通等领域的常规钢桥方案以及钢梁架设完成后线形处理措施,提出了在云巴胶轮有轨电车钢轨道梁顶面增设防腐防滑铺装、花纹钢板、可调钢矮梁、可调钢筋混凝土矮梁等4种方案,通过对比各方案实现的难易程度,认为增设可调钢筋混凝土矮梁方案较为合理,相较于原方案,该方案可降低整体造价13%。最后对(20+44+20)m连续钢混结合梁进行空间计算分析,结果表明,抗弯及抗剪承载力、疲劳、挠度、裂缝、整体稳定等各项验算结果均满足规范要求,验证了增设可调钢筋混凝土矮梁方案的可行性。During the design process of a sky shuttle rubber-tyred tram bridge project,in order to solve the problem that it was difficult to adjust the vertical alignment of the beam body after the completion of the steel beam erection of the whole line,the adjustment scheme of the running surface of the track beam was studied.The conventional steel bridge schemes and the linear treatment measures after the construction of steel beams in railway,highway,new type of rail transit and other fields were studied.Four schemes including anti-corrosion and anti-skid pavement,checkered steel plate,adjustable steel low beam and adjustable reinforced concrete short beam were carried out for the sky shuttle rubber-tyred tram track beam.The scheme of adding adjustable reinforced concrete short beam was proposed by comparing the difficulty of schemes.The scheme of adding adjustable reinforced concrete short beam could reduce the overall cost by 13%,which showed the scheme was economical by comparing with the original scheme.The spatial calculation and analysis of(20+44+20)m continuous steel-concrete composite beam was completed,and the results of bending and shear bearing capacity,fatigue,deflection,crack and overall stability met the requirements of the code,which verified the feasibility of adding adjustable reinforced concrete short beam.
