浚县屯子镇善化山废弃矿山生态恢复治理研究

摘　　要：善化山东临卫河,西靠太行山,是太行山余脉,原为浚县最高峰,曾为浚县八景之一。然而,历经多年建筑石料用灰岩大规模不规则开采,形成了大量陡崖、平台、采坑和残余孤丘,地表岩石裸露,石漠化严重,生态环境极度恶化。为提高废弃土地复垦利用率,增加植被覆盖率,改善人居环境,促进当地旅游资源的开发,提高当地居民的旅游收入,本文以习近平生态文明思想为指导,遵循“山水林田湖草是生命共同体”理念,以山水林田湖草生态修复理念为统领,针对善化山废弃矿山高陡边坡、危岩体、废石渣堆、地形地貌景观破坏、土地植被资源损毁、水土流失等生态环境问题,研究部署了废弃建筑物拆除工程、表土剥离工程、采坑及场地整理工程、挡土墙工程、覆碎石、土工程、道路工程、排水工程及植被恢复工程等分项工程措施。通过研究废弃矿山生态恢复治理案例,分析废弃矿山主要地质环境问题,提出生态恢复治理措施,为后续废弃矿山生态恢复治理提供参考和借鉴。Shanhua Mountain is adjacent to Weihe in the East and Taihang Mountains in the West.It is a branch of the Taihang Mountains.It used to be the highest peak in Xun County and one of the eight scenic spots in Xun County.After years of large-scale irregular mining of limestone for building stones,a large number of cliffs,platforms,pits and residual solitary hills have been formed in Shanhua Mountain.The surface rocks are exposed,the rocky desertification is serious,and the ecological environment is extremely deteriorated.In order to improve the rate of the abandoned land reclamation,increase vegetation coverage,improve the living environment,promote the development of local tourism resources,and increase the tourism income of local residents,this paper guides by Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,firmly establishes the concept of“mountains,rivers,forests,farmlands,lakes,and grasslands are a community of life”,guides by the ecological restoration concept of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grass,and deploys sub-works such as abandoned buildings demolition,topsoil stripping,pit and site consolidation,retaining wall,gravel and soil covering,roadworks,drainage works and vegetation restoration works,to control high and steep slope,potential unstable rock mass,waste rock and slag heap,topographic and geomorphic landscape destruction,land and vegetation resources destruction and soil erosion of the abandoned mine in Shanhua Mountain.This paper studies the ecological restoration of abandoned mines,analyzes the main problems of the geological environment of abandoned mines,and proposes ecological restoration management measures to provide reference for subsequent ecological restoration management of abandoned mines.
