摘 要:目的 将住培医师结对制应用于丽水市人民医院急诊外科临床医学实习生腔镜模拟教学中,以提高其外科腔镜水平。方法 以丽水市人民医院2019年6—12月急诊外科实习生共50名作为研究对象。以学号分为研究组及对照组各25名。5名结对住培生为同期在急诊外科住培并已取得执业医师证的住培生。要求研究组实习生及结对轮转医师术中需不断互换术者、助手、扶镜手等不同角色。结果 研究组在夹取黄豆、剪切图形、缝合打结三项操作及基础理论评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组学员及教师满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 住培医师结对制结合腔镜模拟教学技术提高了临床医学实习生腔镜外科技术水平,提升了学员及教师的满意度。Objective To improve the level of group teaching of the standardized training of residents in laparoscopic skills training for interns of emergency surgery in Lishui People’s Hospital. Methods A total of 50 emergency surgical interns from Lishui People’s Hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the student number, 25 students were divided into the study group and the control group. Five pairwise trainees were trained in emergency surgery in the same period and had obtained medical license. It is required that the interns of the research group and the rotating doctors in pairs should constantly exchange different roles such as the operator, assistant, and hand in the mirror during the operation. Results The scores of the three operations and basic theories in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of students and teachers in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Group teaching of the standardized training of residents combined with endoscopic simulation teaching technology has improved the technical level of clinical medical interns in endoscopic surgery, and improved the satisfaction of students and teachers.
