摘  要:目的 分析虚拟教学手段结合团队纠错式教学在医学胸外科章节实践教学中的应用研究。方法 选取2019年8月—2020年6月福建医科大学附属第一医院108名胸外科见习以及实习的学生为研究对象,随机摸球法分为两个班其中对照组54名为常规教学,观察组54名为虚拟教学手段结合团队纠错式教学,对比两种教学方式下考核成绩。结果 观察组学生主观能动性、思维能力、学习兴趣等方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者洗手、理论考试以及阑尾切除术等方面评分等均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者医患沟通能力优秀度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组学生教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为胸外科见习以及实习的学生进行虚拟教学手段结合团队纠错式教学干预时不仅可有效提升学生学习兴趣,也可提升考核成绩以及教学满意度。Objective To analyze the application of virtual teaching means combined with team error correction teaching in the practical teaching of medical thoracic surgery chapters.Methods 108 thoracic surgery interns and interns in the Medical College of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. The method of touching the ball was randomly divided into two classes, of which 54 in the control group were routine teaching and 54 in the observation group were virtual teaching methods. Combined with team error correction teaching, the evaluation results under the two teaching methods were compared. Results The scores of subjective initiative, thinking ability and learning interest of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of hand washing, theoretical examination and appendectomy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The excellent degree of doctor-patient communication ability in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Virtual teaching methods combined with team error correction teaching intervention for thoracic surgery internship and internship students can not only effectively improve students’ learning interest, but also improve assessment results and teaching satisfaction.
