摘　　要：检验医师作为检验科和临床沟通的主要桥梁,在检验各个环节中扮演着重要的角色。在检验医师规范化培训过程中以《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(试行)》为依据,以过程考核为基础,在培训过程的重要节点设置入科考核、年度考核,制定出科考核和结业考核方案并组织实施的多层次、全方位的住院医师规范化培训考核体系。建立监督考核制度,进一步完善试题库建设,建立常态化考核制度,规范出科考核,并引入6大胜任力作为考核指标,考核体系包括住培学员与住培带教老师两个层面的考核。引入系列量化评分表构成的360度评价是目前住院医师规范化培训中相对客观公正的评价指标体系。As the main bridge between laboratory and clinic,laboratory physician plays an important role in all aspects of laboratory.In the process of inspection standardization training in the content and the Resident Standardization Training Standard(Trial)as the basis,on the basis of process evaluation,set in the important node of the training process in evaluation,annual appraisal,given examination and graduation examination plan formulation and implementation of the multi-level and comprehensive assessment system of resident standardization training.Establish a supervision and assessment system,further improve the construction of the question bank,establish a normal assessment system,standardize the examination,and introduce six major competencies as assessment indicators,the assessment system includes two levels of assessment of students and teachers.The 360-degree evaluation composed of a series of quantitative evaluation tables is a relatively objective and fair evaluation index system in the standardized training of resident physicians.
