摘  要:迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)是一种临床能力评估工具,目前已应用于临床的各个科室并取得了较好的评价。但由于其是主要针对内科系统的教学评估方法,没有包含与手术相关的内容,在外科系统应用不如内科系统广泛。经过改良后增加了基本操作和围手术期处理两方面,从而逐步应用于外科系统的教学评估。首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院将改良Mini-CEX应用于骨科住院医师规范化培训的教学评估,并取得了良好的效果。该方法具有紧扣临床、培养住院医师在诊疗过程中的整体观、耗时短、适应各种临床诊疗环境、时时反馈及教学相长的优势。虽然评估方式具有一定主观性,但综合考虑,还是值得在骨科临床教学中应用。Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX) is a clinical ability assessment tool, which has been applied in various clinical departments and has achieved good evaluation. However, as it is a teaching evaluation method mainly aimed at the internal medicine system, it does not contain the content related to surgery, so it is not widely used in the surgical system as the internal medicine system.After modification, two aspects of basic operation and perioperative management are added, thus gradually applied to the teaching evaluation of surgical system. Beijing Luhe Hospital, Capital Medical University, applied the modified Mini-CEX to the teaching evaluation of standardized training for postgraduates of orthopedics, and achieved good results. This method has the advantages of closely related to clinical practice, cultivating the holistic view of resident physicians in the process of diagnosis and treatment, short time consuming, adapting to various clinical diagnosis and treatment environments, constant feedback and learning as well as teaching. Although the evaluation method has a certain subjectivity, it is worth promoting in the clinical teaching of orthopedics.
