高葡萄糖在恶性肿瘤中的作用及机制研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,高血糖与癌症之间关系的体外与体内研究取得的进展备受瞩目。在机制研究方面,高葡萄糖可影响细胞凋亡、自噬、活性氧以及上皮-间质转化等进程;而在不同类型肿瘤的研究方面,发现高葡萄糖在促进包括乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、子宫内膜癌、胰腺癌和胆管癌等多种类型肿瘤的恶性进展中起关键作用。本文着重综述了高葡萄糖在促进肿瘤恶性进展中的作用机制及各类型肿瘤中的致病机制,以及降糖药物二甲双胍在治疗癌症中的研究进展。Recently,the relationship between high glucose and cancer have attracted much attention by in vitro and in vivo studies.In terms of mechanisms,high glucose can affect apoptosis,autophagy,reactive oxygen species(ROS)and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation(EMT).In terms of research on cancers,high glucose has been found to play a key role in promoting the malignant progression of many types of cancer,including breast,colorectal,liver,endometrial,pancreatic and bile duct cancers.This review focuses on the role of high glucose in promoting malignant progression of tumors and the pathogenesis of various types of tumors,as well as the research progress of the hypoglycemic drug metformin in the treatment of cancer.
