护理人员职称聘任考核表的研制及应用

摘　　要：目的 自行研制易操作、可测量、细化的与临床工作要求相一致的护理人员职称聘任考核表,并将考核结果作为聘任依据。在实际运用中评价该职称聘任考核表的效果。方法 在南京医科大学第一附属医院已经使用的护士工作绩效考核表内容的基础上,通过文献查阅、专家咨询等方法研制护师、主管护师、副主任护师、主任护师的聘任考核表,并在全院护士中进行各级护士职称聘任考核表赞同率调研,最终形成正式考核表并运用于职称聘任考核。结果 不同职称护理人员及不同专科护理人员对职称聘任考核表中考核内容、所占分值及权重完全赞同及基本赞同率高;将该表实际运用于职称聘任考核收效好。结论 自行研制的护理人员职称聘任考核表可客观、科学地评价护士实际工作能力和表现,运用该考核表进行职称聘任考核,有正向激励作用,对临床护理人员专业选择具有导向性和指引性,为护理工作实现能岗匹配创造了先决条件。Objective To design an applicable, measurable, and detailed assessment form for nursing staff position appointment which was accordance with clinical nursing work. To compare the effects of assessment results that is used as the basis of appointment. Methods On the basis of existing nursing staff performance merits, we designed the appointment assessment form for senior nurses, supervisor nurses, associate chief nurses, and chief nurses by reviewing literatures and consulting experts. Then we surveyed among all of the nurses in the hospital developed the formal assessment form and applied it during the position appointment assessment. Results There were the more nursing staffs in the different positions and specialties who totally and basically agreed with assessment contents and scores ratio and weight. The effects of using the new form in position appointment assessment were promising. Conclusions The new assessment form of nursing staffs position appointment might objectively and scientifically evaluate the actual ability and performance of the nurses. There are positive incentive effects when using it in position appointment assessment. It is also directive and guiding in the specialty selection of clinical nursing staffs and creates the prerequisite for matching nursing positions.
