摘 要:目的 探索护理实习生临床归属感现状及其与专业承诺的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2021年11月选取护理专业实习生612名作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、临床归属感量表、大学生专业承诺量表进行调查。结果 临床归属感总分为(84.75±13.63)分,专业承诺总分为(100.47±16.65)分,均处于中等偏上水平。单因素分析结果显示,性别、就读学历类型、实习医院等级、医务人员亲属、学生干部经历、专业选择、专业喜爱水平均为护生临床归属感的影响因素(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,临床归属感与专业承诺呈正性相关(r=0.537,P<0.01)。结论 护理实习生临床归属感与专业承诺密切相关。学校、护理教育者、管理者及临床护理人员应针对学生特点,多措并举,为医疗卫生事业培养优秀护理人才。Objective To explore the correlation between clinical belongingness and professional commitment of nursing interns. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 612 nursing interns as research subjects in November 2021. General data questionnaire, clinical belongingness scale and college students professional commitment scale were used to investigate. Results The total score of clinical belongingness was(84.75±13.63),and the total score of professional commitment was(100.47±16.65),which were above the average level. The results of univariate analysis showed that gender, type of study stage, grade of internship hospital, relatives of medical staff, student cadre experience, major choice and professional love level were the influencing factors of clinical sense of belonging of nursing students(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that clinical belongingness was positively correlated with professional commitment(r=0.537,P<0.01). Conclusions Clinical belongingness of nursing interns is closely related to professional commitment. Schools, nursing educators, administrators and clinical nursing staff should take multiple measures related to characteristics of students to cultivate and transport excellent nursing talents for medical and health services.
