摘　　要：日本当代糙米储存中广泛采用低温储粮技术并形成了其独有的技术特点。通过对该国糙米储存方式与设施在糙米储存中温度、仓库仓型、制冷技术及家中储存等问题的梳理与分析,以期对中国未来稻米类粮食储藏提供宝贵经验。Low-temperature grain storage technology is widely used in modern brown rice storage in Japan and has formed its unique technical characteristics. Through the analysis of the brown rice storage methods and facilities in the country, the temperature, warehouse type, refrigeration technology, home storage and other issues in brown rice storage, in order to provide valuable experience for China’s future rice grain storage.
