摘　　要：带安全销刮泥机用减速机包括电机机构和电机机构下端的小减速机机构,小减速机机构的外壁设置有散热片且散热片与小减速机机构焊接连接,小减速机机构的一侧设置有控制机构;大减速机机构设置在小减速机机构的下方,大减速机机构和小减速机机构之间设置有连接套;安全销设置在连接套的内部,此安全销的设置可有效避免转动机构误转引发安全事故。安全销外部设置有实心柱且实心柱与连接套为一体结构;第一透明护板设置在所述连接套的一侧,连接套的另一侧设置有第二透明护板。The reducer for mud scraper with safety pin comprises a motor mechanism and a small reducer mechanism at the lower end of the motor mechanism. The outer wall of the small reducer mechanism is provided with a radiator, which is welded with the small reducer mechanism. One side of the small reducer mechanism is provided with a control mechanism. The large reducer mechanism is arranged below the small reducer mecha-nism, and a connecting sleeve is arranged between the large reducer mechanism and the small reducer mecha-nism. A safety pin is arranged inside the connecting sleeve, a solid column is arranged outside the safety pin, and the solid column and the connecting sleeve are in an integrated structure. The first transparent guard board is ar-ranged on one side of the connecting sleeve, and the second transparent guard board is arranged on the other side of the connecting sleeve, so that a safety pin is installed at the joint where the reducer rotates.
