摘　　要：物流产业的发展是我国国民经济高质量发展的基础。文中以物流企业并购的动因分析为主体,探究物流企业并购对物流产业发展的影响,首先基于PEST模型对物流产业环境进行了分析,了解物流产业发展的现状,随后以京东物流并购德邦快递为例对物流企业并购的动因进行分析,最终阐述了物流企业并购的经济影响。研究表明,物流企业并购在拓宽了企业业务范围的同时扩大了企业经营规模,有效提升了企业的竞争力,为物流企业的多元化发展带来了实质意义。与此同时,该并购行为推动了物流产业格局的变化,加快了绿色物流发展的步伐。The development of logistics industry is the basis for the high-quality development of China’s national economy.This paper takes the analysis of the motivation of M&A of logistics enterprises as the main subject and explores the influence of M&A of logistics enterprises on the development of logistics industry.Firstly, the environment of logistics industry is analyzed based on PEST model to understand the current situation of logistics industry development, and then the motivation of M&A of logistics enterprises is analyzed by taking JD Logistics’ s M&A of Deppon Express as an example.The study shows that the M&A of logistics enterprises broadens the business scope of enterprises and meanwhile expands the scale of their operation, which effectively improves the competitiveness of enterprises and brings substantial significance to the diversified development of logistics enterprises.At the same time, the M&As promote the change of logistics industry pattern and bring far-reaching impact on the development of green logistics.
