摘　　要：偏头痛是临床上常见的原发性头痛之一,具有较高的致残率和较重的疾病负担。心血管系统疾病是偏头痛患者中较为常见的一种共病,但不同的心血管系统疾病与偏头痛的相关性程度不同,对于某些预后不佳的心血管系统疾病,若能及早发现并采取防治措施,可以避免偏头痛和心血管系统不良事件的发生。本文现围绕不同心血管系统疾病与偏头痛之间关联的研究进展进行综述,以期提高临床医生对此类患者的关注。Migraine is one of the most common primary headache with high disability rate and heavy disease burden.Cardiovascular diseases are common comorbidities in migraine patients;different cardiovascular diseases have different correlations with migraine.For some cardiovascular events with poor prognosis,timely discovery and preventive measures can effectively help to avoid the adverse events.The article illustrates the associations between different cardiovascular diseases and migraine to improve the clinician's attention to such patients.
