摘 要:为探究煮蜡对硬木的影响情况,对山毛榉、桃花心木和阔变豆3种硬木煮蜡材、未煮蜡材的物理以及力学性能进行了检测并对比分析。结果表明,3种木材的绝干密度、气干密度在煮蜡后均增大;煮蜡后吸湿平衡含水率、吸水率、吸湿(吸水)弦径向膨胀率均明显降低,其中山毛榉效果最优,与3种木材的密度变化率一致;煮蜡后3种木材抗弯、抗压强度均增大,但木材更容易被压溃,脆性增加。煮蜡后木材中渗入蜡液,隔绝外界水分,减少木材对水分的吸收,有效提高了木材的尺寸稳定性,同时煮蜡后因木材密度增大,木材的抗弯、抗压强度有所提高,但是在使用中需要解决其脆性增加的问题。In order to explore the influence of boiled wax treatment on hardwood,the physical and mechanical properties of beech,mahogany and broadleaf hardwood were tested and compared. The results showed that the absolute dry density and air dry density of three kinds of wood increased after wax boiling treatment;After wax boiling,the moisture absorption equilibrium,water absorption and hygroscopic(water absorption)expansion rate in radial and tangential direction all decreased;The bending strength and compressive strength increased after boiling. After wax boiling,the wood infiltrates into the wax liquid to isolate the external moisture,reduce the absorption of moisture,and effectively improve the dimensional stability of the wood. At the same time,due to the increase of wood density after wax boiling,some mechanical strength of the wood is also improved.
