不同喷淋吸收液对家具涂饰车间挥发性有机化合物排放治理效果的影响

摘　　要：针对某家具企业油漆喷涂工序VOCs排放治理的问题,采用喷淋吸附法对废气进行净化处理,将植物提取液、柠檬酸钠或其不同组合水溶液等作为喷淋塔吸收液进行平行试验,通过对废气中乙酸仲丁酯和TVOC净化率的对比,分析不同吸收液的治理效果。根据治理效果,在单配方筛选的基础上,使用SPSS软件采用极差法对3种吸收液的正交试验数据进行处理,对不同吸收液或吸收液组合配方在治理效果方面的差异进行分析。结果表明:在喷淋吸收塔运行条件不变的情况下,植物提取液、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠作为单配方吸收液均具有较好的净化效果,5%二水合柠檬酸三钠+0.5%聚乙二醇200+0.7%植物提取液作为组合配方净化效果最佳,5 h的TVOC平均净化率超过80%。该结果可为其他家具涂饰车间喷淋系统吸收液的配制提供理论依据。Aiming at the issues of VOCs emission treatment of the paint spraying process of a certain furniture enterprise,the spray adsorption method was used to purify the exhaust gas. The parallel tests were performed by using plant extract,sodium citrate or their different combination of aqueous solutions as the absorption liquid,and the treatment effect of different absorption liquid was analyzed by comparing of the purification rate of secondary butyl acetate and TVOC in the exhaust gas. Based on the treatment effect,in accordance with the single formula screening,the orthogonal test data were analyzed by range method with SPSS to explore the different treatment effect of different absorption liquid or absorption liquid combination formulations. Results showed that when the operating conditions of the spray absorption tower remain unchanged,the plant extract,polyethylene glycol and sodium citrate have good purification effect as single formula absorption liquid. The combined formula of 5% dihydrate tricodium citrate + 0.5% polyethylene glycol 200 + 0.7% plant extract had the best purification,with the average TVOC purification rate exceeding 80% at 5 h. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of spray system absorption fluid in other furniture painting workshops.
