摘 要:铝合金叶轮铸件生产中为避免气孔、缩松等缺陷,常采用较长的充型及保压时间。为提高产品生产效率,本研究以ZL101材质叶轮的铸造工艺为研究对象,探究特定710℃浇注,低碳钢模具,模具预热200℃时,较快充型速度的近低压铸造下,不同压力-时间曲线下充型的可行性。使用ProCAST及Solidworks软件建模仿真,结合缩孔、缩松分布和Niyama判据获得如下结论:较快充型速度下,完成近低压铸造可行;充型时间1.5 s时,保压压力增加有助于凝固,但过高压力易导致顺序凝固失败,进而使铸件中出现缺陷;当充型时间3 s时,保压压力对铸件凝固过程的影响不大。To avoid the defects such as blowholes and dispersed shrinkage in aluminum alloy impeller castings, long filling and pressure holding times are often used. To improve product production efficiency, this study aims to study the casting process of the ZL101 aluminum alloy impeller, and the feasibility of the filling is investigated under the following conditions: when the pouring temperature is 710 ℃, the low carbon steel is used as the mold material and the mold preheating temperature is 200 ℃, the near low pressure casting with faster filling speed and different pressure-time curves. Solidworks software and ProCAST software combined with total shrinkage porosity and Niyama criterion are used to analyze the castings process with different pressure-time curve schemes. The results show: It is feasible to complete near low pressure casting under fast filling speed. When the filling time is 1.5s, the increase of the holding pressure will help the solidification, but too high pressure will lead to the failure of sequential solidification and the generation of the defects;when the filling time is 3 s, the holding pressure has little effect on the solidification of the casting.
