摘  要:冻结步态(freezing of gait,FOG)是帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)患者常见的步态障碍,易引起跌倒和骨折,严重影响患者的生活质量。FOG药物治疗欠佳,脑深部电刺激术(deep brain stimulation,DBS)是治疗PD重要的手术方式,近年来,越来越多研究报告DBS对FOG的疗效。本文通过综述DBS治疗FOG的研究现状,总结丘脑底核、苍白球内侧部、脚桥核和黑质网状部等靶点及其刺激参数、刺激模式对FOG的作用,探讨其潜在的作用机制,从而为FOG的治疗提供参考。Freezing of gait(FOG)is a common gait disorder in patients with Parkinson disease(PD),which easily causes falls and fracture and seriously affects the quality of life.There is no effective drug treatment on FOG.Deep brain stimulation(DBS)is an important surgical approach for PD.In recent years,an increasing numbers of studies have reported the effect of DBS on FOG.By outlining the current research state of DBS therapy for FOG,this paper summarizes the effect of targets of subthalamic nucleus,globus pallidus internus,pedunculopontine nucleus,substantia nigra pars reticulata and their stimulation parameters and patterns on FOG,explores the potential mechanism,therefore providing reference for the treatment of FOG.
