摘　　要：基于TMS570微控制器与DRV84x2驱动器提出了一种用于多路步进电机控制的嵌入式方案,对主要应用技术和设计实现过程进行了描述。充分利用TMS570接口丰富、易于编程的特点,采用微步驱动原理实现了多路脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)控制信号的输出,从而完成了多路步进电机的启停、方向切换以及转速控制。经过实验验证,该系统能够实现多路步进电机控制。Based on TMS570 microcontroller and DRV84x2 driver,an embedded scheme for multi-channel stepping motor control is proposed,and the main application technology and design implementation process are described.Making full use of the rich interface and easy programming characteristics of TMS570,the output of multichannel Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)control signals is realized by adopting micro-step driving principle,so as to complete the start and stop,direction switching and speed control of multi-channel stepping motors.The experimental results show that the system can realize multi-channel stepping motor control.
