摘 要:随着社会的发展,自然界中的各种资源不断被开发,人们赖以生存的环境正在不断被破坏,可再生资源因具备好清洁无污染等优势,在世界范围内得到广泛应用。在众多的可再生资源中,风力发电这种新能源发电方式所受到的自然因素影响具有很强的不确定性和临时性,在大规模范围内实行并网,会给电力系统造成小干扰稳定性影响。论述了小干扰稳定性的分析,及在简单发电系统中小干扰稳定性的表现,并对随机响应面法的电力系统小干扰稳定性进行分析,提出含风电的电力系统小干扰失稳风险评估和优化调整,改善并网电场的具体路径。With the development of society,all kinds of resources in the nature are constantly being developed,and the environment on which people depend for survival is constantly being destroyed.Renewable resources are widely used worldwide because of their advantages such as clean and pollution-free.Among the numerous renewable resources,the impact of natural factors on wind power generation,a new energy power generation method,is highly uncertain and temporary.The implementation of grid connection in a large scale will cause small disturbance stability impact on the power system.This paper discusses the analysis of small signal stability and its performance in simple power generation systems,and analyzes the small signal stability of power systems based on the random response surface method.It proposes the risk assessment and optimization adjustment of small signal instability of power systems with wind power,as well as the specific path to improve grid connected power plants.
