摘  要:转录组学是一门从分子机制角度研究某一机体组织的疾病发展过程的学科。在眼科疾病的转录组学研究中,角膜、房水、晶状体、视网膜等都富含了大量遗传信息,是转录组学理想的研究对象。转录组学测序技术通过序列杂交或基因测序等研究方式应用于微生物性角膜炎、先天性白内障、葡萄膜炎、糖尿病视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、视网膜色素变性等眼科疾病的基础和临床研究中,为眼科疾病的发病机制及诊疗思路提供新的方向。Transcriptomics is a discipline that studies the disease process of a certain body tissue from the perspective of molecular mechanism.Transcriptomics sequencing technology has been widely used in research in various fields.In the transcriptomic study of ophthalmic diseases,cornea,aqueous humor,lens and retina are rich in a large amount of genetic information,which are ideal research objects of transcriptomics.Transcriptomics sequencing technology,through sequence hybridization or gene sequencing approach,applied in the laboratory and clinical researches on some ophthalmic diseases,such as microbial keratitis,congenital cataract,uveitis,diabetic retinopathy,age-related macular degeneration,retinitis pigmentosa,will provide a new direction for the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.
