摘 要:三甲医院中层干部的业务素质和管理水平直接影响着医院事业发展。通过系统教育培训,提升三甲医院中层干部能力,是完善现代医院管理治理体系与治理能力建设的重要途径。本文基于教育培训满意度测评及全面质量管理的研究思路,采用问卷调查法实证分析四川省三甲医院中层干部教育培训绩效与个体需求,探索出贯穿培训准备阶段、实施阶段和改进阶段的全流程优化路径,以期为准确把握需求目标、精准施教,进一步提升行业干部教育培训的质量和效益提供参考。The professional quality and management level of the middle-level cadres in the grade A tertiary hospitals directly affect the development of hospital undertakings.It is a significant approach to improving the management system and governance capacity of modern hospitals by promoting the ability of middle-level cadres in the grade A tertiary hospitals through systematic education and training.Based on the education training satisfaction evaluation and total quality management,a questionnaire survey was adopted to analyze the education and training performance and individual requirements of middle-level cadres in the grade A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province.This paper is aimed to explore the whole process of training preparation stage,implementation stage and improvement stage optimization path,and attempt to provide references for further cadre education and training that expects to accurately meet targeted demands and improve training quality and efficiency.
