摘　　要：文章讨论了“1+X证书”制度的政策源起及核心内容,在分析职业教育面临的国际环境变化和人才供需矛盾的基础上,基于问题导向、需求导向和目标导向分析了“1+X证书”制度国际化的价值逻辑,阐述了“1+X证书”制度国际化的价值意蕴,并从本地国际化和跨境国际化出发探讨了“1+X证书”制度国际化的实践路径。This paper discusses the policy origin and core content of the "1+X certificate" system, and analyzes the value logic of this system based on the problem orientation, demand orientation and goal orientation by exploring the changes of international environment and the contradiction between supply and demand of talents faced by vocational education. This paper also expounds on the value implication of the internationalization of the "1+X certificate" system, and probes into the realization paths of the internationalization of the "1+X certificate" system from the two ways of local internationalization and cross-border internationalization.
