就业青年流动人口的身份认同及影响因素研究

摘　　要：依据全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,可借以分析我国就业青年流动人口的身份认同现状,通过构建二元Logistic回归模型,能综合考察影响就业青年流动人口本地人身份认同的多重因素。研究发现:虽然我国就业青年流动人口的总体身份认同状况较好,但认同结果与认同期望之间仍存在较大差距,个体因素、制度因素、社会经济因素、流迁因素和社会交往因素对就业青年流动人口的本地人身份认同均有显著影响。据此提出了促进就业青年流动人口本地人身份认同的政策建议:继续深化户籍制度改革;提高青年流动人口的受教育程度和职业培训体系;将青年流动人口全面纳入住房保障体系和城市社区体系,消除青年流动人口与本地人的社群隔离。According to China Migrant Population Monitoring Survey Data, this paper analyzes the status quo of identity among the young migrant population in China. A binary logistic regression model is constructed to investigate the multiple factors that affect the local identity among these young migrant people in a comprehensive way. Although the overall identity status of young migrant population is good, there is still a large gap between the reality of identity and the expectations for identity. Individual factors, institutional factors,socioeconomic factors, migration factors and factors of social communication have the significant impact on the local identity of young migrant people. Accordingly, the policy recommendations are put forward to promote the identity of young migrant people, which involve deepening the reform of household registration system, improving the education level and vocational training system of young migrants, and integrating the young migrants into the housing security system and urban community system so as to eliminate the social isolation between the young migrants and local people.
