摘　　要：立德树人是高校教育教学的根本任务。课程思政是实现为党育人、为国育才目标的重要举措,它挖掘各类专业课程德育的隐性功能,将知识传授、能力培养和价值引领有机结合,培养社会主义建设者和接班人,为实现民族振兴和国家崛起打下坚实基础。动物营养学是河南工业大学饲料工程专业的核心课程之一。笔者以该课程为例,从教学目标、思政元素挖掘、存在问题及对策等方面开展课程思政的探索。Building Morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of education and teaching in universities.Curriculum ideological and political education is an important measure to achieve the goal of educating people for the party and the country.It excavates the implicit function of moral education in various professional courses,organically combines knowledge teaching,ability training and value guidance,and cultivates socialist builders and successors,so as to lay a solid foundation for national rejuvenation and national rise.Animal nutrition is one of the core courses of feed engineering major in Henan University of Technology.Taking this course as an example,this paper explores the ideological and political teaching from the aspects of teaching objectives,ideological and political elements,existing problems and countermeasures.
