摘  要:为了进一步提高数字设备的安全性和高效性,设计了一种基于FPGA(现场可编程逻辑门阵列)的密码和指纹同步解锁系统。该系统利用FPGA片上可编程技术,将电子密码和指纹识别例化至同一个顶层模块中,实现电子密码和指纹识别的同步控制解锁;系统的FPGA芯片主要用于驱动矩阵键盘采集数字密码、MBF200采集指纹图像、蜂鸣器发出警报和数码管显示密码;Flash和SRAM分别用于存储原始的指纹图像并建立指纹密码数据库和存储解锁的指纹图像;以Quartus II和Modelsim软件为设计和仿真验证平台,基于Verilog HDL语言实现数字设备的密码和指纹编写。测试结果表明,系统总的密码平均识别正确率达到99.2%,平均错误率仅为0.8%。该方案在满足用户解锁的基础上,提高了数字密码识别平均正确率,增强了系统稳定性和保密性,具有很强的实用价值。In order to further improve the security and efficiency of digital equipment,a password and fingerprint synchronous unlocking system based on FPGA(field programmable gate array) is designed.Using the on-chip programmable technology of FPGA,the system instantiates the electronic password and fingerprint identification into the same top-level module to realize the synchronous control and unlocking of the electronic password module and fingerprint identification module;The FPGA chip of the system is mainly used to drive the matrix keyboard to collect digital password,MBF200 to collect fingerprint image,buzzer to send alarm and nixie tube to display password;Flash and SRAM are respectively used to store the original fingerprint image,establish fingerprint database and store the unlocked fingerprint image;Using Quartus II and Modelsim software as the design and simulation verification platform,the password and fingerprint of digital equipment are written based on Verilog HDL language. The average correct rate of the system is 99.2% and the average error rate is 0.8%;The results show that the designed password lock strengthens the stability and confidentiality of the equipment on the basis of satisfying the unlocking of users.
