摘 要:为探讨在健美操选修课中大学生的参与动机、学习满意度与学习成效的关系,本研究运用随机分层整群抽样的方法在广西三所高校抽取532名大学生,并使用参与动机量表、学习满意度量表、学习成效量表等问卷对他们展开调查。数据结果表明:不同性别的大学生在健美操选修课中的参与动机、学习满意度、学习成效三个维度具有显著性差异(P<0.05);参与动机、学习满意度、学习成效总分及各维度均呈显著相关;在控制性别、年级、专业等特征后,参与动机不仅能够正向预测学习成效(β=0.385,P<0.001),还能够正向预测学习满意度(β=0.978,P<0.001),学习满意度正向预测学习成效(β=0.558,P<0.001);学习满意度在参与动机与学习成效之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.545,直接效应值为0.385,中介效应比为58.6%。因此,在健美操选修课中,我们提升大学生的参与动机能直接提升其学习成效,提高他们的学习满意度也可以间接提升其学习成效。In order to discuss the relationship between college students’participation motivation,learning satisfaction and learning effect of aerobics optional course,by random-stratified cluster sampling,this research selects 532 college students from three colleges in Guangxi and does a questionnaire survey on their participation motivation scale,learning satisfaction scale and learning effect scale.The results show that there are significant differences in participation motivation,learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness among college students of different genders(P<0.05).Participation motivation,learning satisfaction,total score of learning effectiveness and other dimensions are significantly correlated.After controlling gender,grade,major and other features,participation motivation can positively predict learning effectiveness(β=0.385,P<0.001)and satisfaction(β=0.978,P<0.001),learning satisfaction positively predicts learning effectiveness(β=0.558,P<0.001).It plays a partly mediating role between participation motivation and learning effectiveness with the mediating effect value of 0.545,the direct effect value of 0.385 and the mediating effect ratio of 58.6%.Therefore,the participation motivation of students’aerobics optional courses can directly improve the effectiveness or indirectly improve it through satisfaction.
