抗逆力在基层医护人员工作-家庭支持与心理健康之间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:以基层医护人员为研究对象,考察抗逆力在工作-家庭支持与抑郁、焦虑之间的中介作用。方法:采用工作-家庭支持量表、医护人员抗逆力评价量表、流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对贵州省269名基层医护人员进行调查。结果:基层医护人员的工作-家庭支持与抗逆力水平呈显著正相关(r=0.430,P<0.01),而与抑郁(r=-0.579,P<0.001)和焦虑(r=-0.516,P<0.01)均呈显著负相关;基层医护人员的抗逆力水平与抑郁(r=-0.520,P<0.01)、焦虑(r=-0.483,P<0.01)也均呈显著负相关。抗逆力分别在基层医护人员工作-家庭支持与抑郁、焦虑间起部分中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的24.7%和26.7%。结论:抗逆力和工作-家庭支持是基层医护人员心理健康重要的内外在保护性因素,管理部门应该持续关注基层医护人员的心理健康,采取多种措施不断提升其工作-家庭支持和抗逆力,保持基层医护人员的身心健康。Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between work-family support and depression and anxiety by taking primary medical staff as the research object.Methods:A total of 269 primary medical staff in Guizhou Province were surveyed using the Work-Family Support Scale, the Medical Staff Resilience Assessment Scale, the Self-Report Depression Scale(CES-D),and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results:The work-family support of primary medical staff was positively correlated with the level of resilience(r=0.430,P<0.01),but was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.579,P<0.001)and anxiety(r=-0.516,P<0.01).The level of resistance of primary medical staff was also negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.520,P<0.01)and anxiety(r=-0.483,P<0.01).Resilience played a partial mediating role between work-family support and depression and anxiety among primary medical staff, and the mediating effect accounted for 24.7% and 26.7% of the total effect, respectively.Conclusion:Resilience and work-family support are important internal and external protective factors for the mental health of primary medical staff.The management department should continue to pay attention to the mental health of primary medical staff and take various measures to continuously improve work-family support and resilience, and maintain the physical and mental health of primary medical staff.
