摘  要:以聚偏氟乙烯为基膜材料,红霉素为目标分子,利用聚乙二醇和二氧化钛粒子对其进行改性,制备出红霉素分子印迹膜(PPT-MIMs)和非印迹膜(NMIMs).并运用SEM及水接触角对PPT-MIMs进行表征,分析其表面形貌和亲水性.通过对PPT-MIMs的等温吸附、动力学吸附、选择性吸附研究,分析PPT-MIMs对红霉素和罗红霉素的特异选择性分离性能.通过循环实验证明PPT-MIMs具有较高的可重复使用性和稳定性.制备出的PPT-MIMs为复杂组分中单一物质的分离提供借鉴和指导作用.Molecularly imprinted membranes(PPT-MIMs)and non-imprinted membranes(NMIMs)were preparedby modification of polyethylene glycol and titaniumdioxide,which polyvinylidene fluoride as matrix and erythromycinas target molecules.The PPT-MIMs was systematically characterized by various means,and its surface structure and morphology were analyzed.The specific selective separation performance of PPT-MIMs to erythromycin and roxithromycin was analyzed by isothermal adsorption,kinetic adsorption and selective adsorption.The result of cycle experiment indicated that PPT-MIMs possess high stability.The prepared PPT-MIMs can provide reference and guidance for the separation of single substances in complex components.
