摘  要:为了解决集装箱码头自动化系统调试过程中存在优化周期长、成本高等问题,提出一种半实物仿真方法。方法将实际的自动化系统与现场设备分离,实现码头自动化系统接入到仿真技术搭建的环境中,同时在整个运行环境中加入实际的PLC和子系统故障;利用上述方法以国内某集装箱码头为案例,仿真建立码头的环境和码头的执行设备,设计码头常见的几种故障进行注入。实验部分利用该案例调试码头自动化系统,观测仿真内部的统计指标。仿真结果表明本文提出的自动化码头仿真方法可以在一定程度上缩短调试周期,降低成本。In order to solve the problems of long optimization cycle and high cost in the debugging of automatic system of container terminal, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation method was proposed. In this method, the actual automation system was separated from the field equipment, and the terminal automation system was connected to the environment built by the simulation technology, at the same time, the actual PLC and subsystem faults are added into the whole operation environment;Secondly, a domestic container terminal was taken as a case, establishing the environment of the wharf and the execution equipment of the wharf by simulation technology, and several common faults of wharf for injection were designed;Finally, the case was used to debug the terminal automation system and observe the statistical indexes in the simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed method can shorten the optimization debugging period and reduce the cost to a certain extent.
