摘　　要：新工科建设要求加强校企合作,促进地方产业的转型和发展,高校工科专业建设尤其需要强化企业在人才培养中所发挥的重要作用。以衡阳师范学院高分子材料与工程专业为例,针对该专业学生在实践教学过程中面临的困难,从深化校企合作的角度去思考,通过组建双师型实习指导教师队伍、完善实习考核评价体系、优化实习流程、启用网络化教学手段,多措并举,不断提升实践教学的效果,为地方高校工科专业实习改革提出新思路。The construction of emerging engineering education strengthens school-enterprise cooperation and promotes the transformation and development of local industries. The construction of engineering majors in colleges and universities especially needs to strengthen the important roles which enterprises have played in talent development. In order to solve the difficulties faced by students of the polymer materials and engineering major in Hengyang Normal University in the process of practical teaching,some measures have been adopted, such as setting up a team of double-qualified internship instructors, improving the practice assessment and evaluation system, optimizing the internship process and using network teaching methods. These methods would continuously improve the effect of practice teaching, and supply some new ideas for the reform of engineering majors in local colleges and universities, from the perspective of deepening school-enterprise cooperation.
