摘 要:产业模式的数字化转型带来的职业大规模交叉融合,要求技术技能人才具备更强的知识迁移能力.高职院校亟须以专业群为考量探索模块化课程体系建设,从而培养符合产业发展需要的"德技并修,一专多能"的复合型技术技能人才.文章深入分析专业群模块化课程体系的构建思路,结合高铁行业特点和岗位需求,打破学科体系和课程界限,优化整合现有教学资源,构建了底层共享、中层分立、高层拓展的三阶递进式专业群课程体系,创设了有效提升课程教学效果的教学模式和考核方案,以解决学生职业能力和职业岗位需求匹配度不高、课程教学效果评价和质量监控有效机制缺失等问题,推进课程教学与职业岗位需求紧密对接.The large-scale cross-integration of occupations brought about by the digital transformation of the in⁃dustrial model requires technical and skilled talents to have stronger knowledge transfer ability.Higher vocational colleges need to explore the construction of modular curriculum system based on the consideration of specialty groups,so as to cultivate the compound technical and technical talents who meet the needs of industrial develop⁃ment,“learn both morality and technology,specialize in one subject and are versatile”.This paper deeply ana⁃lyzes the construction idea of the modular curriculum system of the specialty group,combines the industry charac⁃teristics and job requirements of the high-speed rail,breaks the discipline system and curriculum boundaries,op⁃timizes and integrates existing teaching resources,builds a three-step progressive specialty group curriculum sys⁃tem that is shared by the bottom,separated by the middle and expanded by the top,and creates a teaching mode and assessment scheme that effectively promotes the teaching effect of the curriculum,in order to solve the prob⁃lems such as the low matching between students’professional abilities and job demands,the lack of effective mechanisms for evaluating the teaching effect and quality monitoring,and promote the close connection between curriculum teaching and job demands.
