高校来华留学生素养教育课程思政教学改革的实践与思考——以"中华饮食养生"课程为例

摘　　要：在来华留学生教学中开展课程思政教育具有必要性和可行性.该文分析了"中华饮食养生"课程实施思政教育的意义及方法,通过深挖课程中隐含的思政元素、育人点,在传授专业知识、培养能力的日常教学过程中融入思政教育内容,将课程建设与思想育人有效结合,展现中华文化自信,实现思想价值引领,加深留学生对中国文化的热爱,增强留学生对中华民族的文化认同,从而正向介绍、传播中国优秀文化,对培养通晓并认同中国文化的知华、友华、爱华国际人士有一定的帮助和借鉴意义.It is necessary and feasible to carry out ideological and political education in the teaching of foreign students studying in China.This paper analyzes the significance and methods of implementing ideological and po⁃litical education in the Chinese Diet and Health course,integrates ideological and political education into the daily teaching process of imparting specialized knowledge and cultivating abilities by digging deeply into the ideo⁃logical and political elements and educational points hidden in the content of the course,and effectively combines curriculum construction with ideological and political education,in order to demonstrate the cultural selfconfidence of the Chinese nation,realize the guidance of ideology and value,deepen the love of foreign students for Chinese culture,enhance the cultural identity of foreign students to the Chinese nation,and thus positively in⁃troduce and spread the fine traditional Chinese culture.It is of certain help and reference significance to the culti⁃vation of international talents who know and love China,and be friendly to China.
