摘　　要：血红蛋白是红细胞的主要组成成分,在维持机体正常功能上有重要作用。血红蛋白水平增高在心血管疾病、代谢综合征、阻塞性肺疾病等的发生与发展中扮演着重要角色;血红蛋白增高也见于健康体检人群。本文对血红蛋白的增高原因进行综述,旨在提高医务工作者对血红蛋白增高原因的认识,重视其临床意义与相关研究。Hemoglobin is the main component of red blood cells and plays an important role in maintaining normal body function. The increase of hemoglobin level plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, obstructive pulmonary disease and so on. Increased hemoglobin is also occurred in healthy people. In order to improve the medical workers’ understanding of the causes of hemoglobin increase, and pay attention to its clinical significance and related researches, the reasons for the increase of hemoglobin are reviewed in this paper.
