科技全球化背景下涉外法律人才培养路径探究

摘　　要：科技全球化与第四次科技革命已是大势所趋,培养科技型涉外法律人才的重要性不言而喻。我国科技发展的外溢性,对涉外法律人才提出了涉外合规、法学理论、争议解决三类主要需求。以践行科技强国战略、服务科技企业发展为目标的科技型涉外法律人才,未来将主要集中于国际知识产权法、国际竞争法、新法学领域立法、国际争端解决等应用领域。近十年,我国已加紧布局和加速推动涉外法律人才体系建设,在取得一定成效之余,也逐渐反映出涉外法律人才培养之困境。北航法学院紧密围绕涉外法律人才的目标定位和应用领域,持续加强新法学建设,不断优化培养方案,致力于培养大量富有创新精神、实践能力强、学科交叉融合的高层次人才,涉外法律人才培养已初见成效。The globalization of science and technology and the fourth revolution in science and technology are the general trends,and the importance of cultivating scientific and technological foreign⁃related legal talents is self⁃evident.The spillover nature of the development of science and technology in China has put forward three major requirements for foreign⁃related legal talents,including foreign⁃related compliance,legal theory,and dispute resolution.Scientific and technological foreign⁃related legal talents to practice the strategy of building a strong country through science and technology and serving the development of science and technology enterprises will mainly focus on the application fields of international intellectual property law,international competition law,new law legislation,and international dispute settlement in the future.In the past ten years,China has stepped up the deployment and accelerated the construction of a foreign⁃related legal talents system.After achieving certain results,it has gradually reflected the dilemma of foreign⁃related legal talents cultivation.Beihang Law School closely focuses on the target positioning and application fields of foreign⁃related legal talent,continues to strengthen the construction of new law,continuously optimizes the cultivation model,and is committed to cultivating a large number of high⁃level talent with an innovative spirit,strong practical ability,and interdisciplinary integration.The cultivation of foreign⁃related legal talents has achieved initial results.
