留学生如何课程思政?留学生国际法教学的中国叙事分析

摘　　要：本文以西安交通大学法学院留学生项目为例,基于三届留学生的课堂教学观察和问卷调查,讨论在留学生国际法教学中进行中国立场宣传的挑战、重点和难点。留学生国际法教学中的中国叙事,面临配套教材建设滞后、授课内容中国特色不足、课题讨论受限等挑战。为了更好地宣传中国立场、讲好中国故事,留学生国际法教学应注意坚持专业精神,宣传中国特色;建构具体情境,促进共情理解;注重言传身教,促进文化认同。作为配套,留学生项目的日程管理,也应留意以大国气象化解文化冲突,善用中国发展成果增强感召力,加强高校英文宣传能力建设。Based on three⁃year surveys of the LLM program at Xi’an Jiao Tong University,this article discusses the status quo,priority and challenge of advocating Chinas position on international affairs in international law teaching for international students.Chinas story⁃telling is not easy in international law teaching for international students for reasons of the absence of suitable textbook,the inadequacy of academic summarization of Chinas practices and the limit on class discussions.International law teaching for international students should be improved by professional teaching with Chinese characteristics,promoting the understanding of Chinas position in concrete contexts and cultural cultivations by examples.The management of international students should also be reformed to accompany the course reform.For example,clash of cultures should be accommodated by a more inclusive university spirit.The rapid development of China should be constructed in a more subtle manner and the language skill of the executive personnel should also be improved.
