摘　　要：Dear Editor,Cancer neuroscience is an emerging topic in cancer research(Monje et al.,2020;Shi et al.,2022).Perineural invasion(PNI),defined as the neoplastic invasion of tumor cells into or surrounding the different layers of nervous fibers(epineural,perineural,and endoneural spaces of the neuronal sheath),is associated with aggressive tumor behavior.
