摘 要:加强创新创业教育是提高人才培养质量和促进高等教育综合改革的重要措施。围绕智能机器产业的“三创”人才培养,吉林大学探索形成了4I“三创”教育体系。横向构建跨学科平台,开拓产教融合培养路径;纵向设计全过程项目式培养,以学生为主体的独立运营管理模式。近四年的实践运行提高了学生的产品设计研发、团队沟通合作、创业精神等“三创”能力和素质,在竞赛和创新创业项目中成绩显著,孵化了药瓶缺陷检测等一系列的智能机器创业作品,为多学科交叉的新兴产业“三创”人才培养提供了借鉴。Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training and promote comprehensive reform of higher education.Jilin University has explored and formed the 4 I triple-innovation education system around the triple-innovation talent cultivation of intelligent machine industry.Horizontal construction of interdisciplinary platform,open up the training path of industry-education integration.Vertical design of the whole process of project-based training,student-oriented independent operation and management mode.In the past four years,the practical operation has improved students’ ability and quality of product design and development,team communication and cooperation,and entrepreneurship,etc.They have achieved remarkable results in competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship projects,and have incubated a series of intelligent machine entrepreneurship works such as medicine bottle defects detection,which provides a reference for the training of triple-innovation talents in emerging industries with interdisciplinary intersection.
