摘  要:简明阐述了清洁能源制氢耦合C1化学工业的CCUS化学固碳路径,按照CO_(2)中的C、O元素成键变化,将化学固碳技术区分为活化法和非活化法。将金属氧化物拓展到金属硫化物,并通过还原硫酸盐制备金属硫化物,设计构思出Na2S固碳路径,包括电解水制氢、H_(2)还原Na_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)S溶液吸收CO_(2)、NaHCO_(3)/Na_(2)CO_(3)处理单元、H2S制硫酸或硫磺以及硫酸制盐酸6个工艺单元流程;可用于含氧原料气、低浓度CO_(2)原料气甚至大气中CO_(2)的捕集及固化工艺的技术开发,并具有矿化固碳效果。通过对Na_(2)S固碳路径及其效果进行的详细分析和探讨,从H_(2)消耗、投资、过程能耗、产品价值、固碳效果以及能源利用和储存等方面进行对比后,得出Na_(2)S法固碳与CH3OH法固碳的优缺点。This paper briefly describes the CCUS chemical carbon-fixation path of clean energy hydrogen production coupled with C1 chemical industry.According to the bonding changes of C and O elements in CO_(2)a chemical carbon-fixation technology is divided into activation method and non-activation method.Expanding metal oxides to metal sulfides,and preparing metal sulfides by reducing sulfate,a Na_(2)S carbon-fixation path with six process unit processes is designed and conceived,including hydrogen production by electrolysis of water,Na_(2)SO_(4) reduction by H_(2),CO_(2) absorption by Na2S solution,NaHCO_(3)/Na_(2)CO_(3) treatment unit,sulfuric acid or sulfur preparation by H_(2)S,and preparation of hydrochloric acid from sulfuric acid,which can be used for the technical development of the capture and solidification process of oxygen containing feed gas,low concentration CO_(2) feed gas and even CO_(2) in the atmosphere,and it also has the effect of mineralization and carbon fixation.Through detailed analysis and discussion on the carbon-fixation path and effect of Na2S,the advantages and disadvantages of carbon-fixation with Na2S or CH_(3)OH method are obtained by comparing H2consumption,investment,process energy consumption,product value,carbon-fixation effect,and energy utilization and storage.
