氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效及对血清低氧诱导因子-1α、半胱氨酸蛋白酶3水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察缺血性脑血管病临床治疗中两种抗血小板药物联合应用的效果及对患者血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)水平的影响。方法抽取信阳职业技术学院附属医院神经内科2019年7月至2021年8月收治的70例缺血性脑血管病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后神经功能和血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3水平及用药安全性。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组神经功能状态优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清HIF-1α、Caspase-3水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林可提高缺血性脑血管病的治疗效果,在改善患者神经功能的同时降低HIF-1α与Caspase-3表达,联合用药安全性较高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the combined application of two antiplatelet drugs in the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and its influence on serum levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and cysteine protease 3(Caspase-3).Methods Seventy patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated in the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Xinyang Vocational and Technical College from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel.The therapeutic effect,neurological function,serum levels of HIF-1α,Caspase-3 and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the neurological function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of HIF-1α、Caspase-3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin can improve the therapeutic effect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease,improve neurological function,and reduce the expression of HIF-1αand Caspase-3,with high safety.
