摘 要:多式联运采用多种运输方式,联合多个运输主体,在一定的运输任务下形成多式联运联盟。作为多种运输方式联合运输的运输组织方式,其发展依赖于各方参与者的共同稳定协作,公平合理的收益分配模式有利于提升总收益,有利于保持联盟稳定性。首先,以Shapely值为基本收益分配模型,考虑各多式联运参与方的贡献程度、风险承担比例,以及运输过程中的不稳定因素与时间窗约束影响,引入贡献程度、风险承担比例、动态惩罚因子与时间奖励因子等企业收益分配修正因子,并基于修正因子建立了各影响因素的企业收益修正函数。其次,通过AHP法确定贡献程度、风险承担比例、动态惩罚、时间奖励等修正因子的修正权重,提出了时间窗约束下多式联运企业收益分配优化模型。最后,给出了多式联运企业收益分配算例,并对算例求解得出了其最优多式联运企业收益分配方案。结果表明:优化模型具有可行性,联盟具有稳定性;时间窗约束下的多式联运企业收益分配优化模型能够体现其收益分配的公平性和合理性,有助于提升多式联运企业联盟的稳定性,有助于多式联运发挥更大的系统效率,实现可持续发展。Multimodal transport adopts multiple modes of transport,unites multiple transport subjects and forms multimodal transport alliance under certain transport tasks.As a transport organization mode of combined transport of various modes,its development depends on the common and stable cooperation of all participants.A fair and reasonable profit distribution mode is conducive to improving the total income and maintaining the stability of the alliance.First,taking Shapely value as the basic income distribution model,considering the contribution degree and risk bearing ratio of various multimodal transport participants,as well as the influence of unstable factors and time window constraints in the transport process,by introducing the enterprise income distribution correction factors such as contribution degree,risk bearing ratio,dynamic penalty factor and time reward factor,the enterprise income correction function of each influencing factor is established based on the correction factor.Second,the modified weights of the modified factors,such as contribution degree,risk bearing ratio,dynamic punishment and time reward are determined by using AHP method,and an optimization model of income distribution of multimodal transport alliance enterprises under the time window constraint is proposed.Finally,an example of income distribution of multimodal transport enterprises is given,and the optimal income distribution scheme of multimodal transport enterprises is obtained by solving the example.The result shows that(1)the optimization model is feasible and the alliance is stable;(2)the income distribution optimization model of multimodal transport alliance enterprises under the time window constraint can reflect the fairness and rationality of their income distribution,it can help to improve the stability of multimodal transport enterprise alliance,help multimodal transport enterprises play greater system efficiency,and achieve sustainable development.
