摘  要:文章使用A大学“中国大学生学习与追踪调查”数据,分析了教育过程对教育收获的影响在第一代与非第一代大学生之间的差异,进而考察大学教育活动和环境对第一代大学生是否具有补偿效应。研究表明高校的课程、教学对第一代大学生发展具有一定的补偿效应,而课外拓展性学习和支持性环境没有补偿效应。高校应加强对第一代大学生的指导与支持,促进第一代大学生深入参与学校各项教育活动,进一步发挥大学教育过程对第一代大学生发展的补偿效应。Using the data of University A’s"Chinese College Student Survey(CCSS)",this paper analyzed the difference in the effect of educational process on educational gains between first and second-generation college students,in order to explore whether university educational activities have compensatory effect for first-generation college students.The results shows that curriculum and teaching of University A have certain compensatory effect for first-generation college students,but extracurricular learning and supportive environment have no compensatory effect.Colleges and universities should strengthen the guidance and support for first-generation college students,promote first-generation college students to deeply participate in various educational activities,and further exert the compensatory effect of the college education process on the development of first-generation college students.
