摘　　要：高职院校百万扩招后,面对百万扩招的新形势和学生生源的重大变化,思政课教学需要解决针对性不足、实效性不强的问题,教学改革刻不容缓。从重构课堂教学内容、采用混合教学方法、构建多元评价体系、丰富实践教学形式四个方面提炼思政课教学改革的实践经验,进一步强化思政课建设。In the face of the new situation of million enrollment expansion and major changes of student sources after the enrollment expansion,ideological and political teaching needs to solve the problem of insufficient pertinence and weak effectiveness.The reform of ideological and political teaching cannot be delayed.The practical experience of ideological and political course teaching reform is extracted from four aspects:reconstructing classroom teaching content,adopting mixed teaching methods,constructing multiple evaluation systems,and enriching practical teaching forms,and further strengthening the construction of ideological and political courses.
