摘  要:为探索土地资源管理专业产教融合育人机制,提高土地资源管理人才培养质量,从土地资源管理的专业的学科特点和产教融合内涵出发,根据建构主义理论核心观点,从建立政府、企业与高校行业信息共享机制,深化政府、企业与高校合作机制,加强双师型教师队伍建设机制和完善产教融合考核机制等四方面构建土地资源管理专业产教融合育人机制。研究表明基于建构主义理论的产教融合育人机制能够提高学生的主动学习能力、专业技术水平、团队合作与创新能力。研究成果可为土地资源管理专业及其相关专业产教融合协同育人提供借鉴和参考。In order to explore the talent cultivation mechanism of production and education integration for land resource management major,improve the talent training quality,starting from the disciplinary characteristics of land resource management and the connotation of production-education integration,according to the core viewpoint of constructivism theory,the talent cultivation mechanism of production and education integration for land resource management major was established from four aspects:establishing the industry information sharing mechanism between government,enterprises and universities,deepening the cooperation mechanism between government,enterprises and universities,strengthening the construction mechanism of double-qualified teachers and perfecting the assessment mechanism of production and education integration.The results show that the talent cultivation mechanism of production and education integration based on constructivism theory can improve students’active learning ability,professional technical level,teamwork ability and innovation ability.The results can provide references for the cultivation of the integration talents of land resource management and related majors.
