摘　　要：本文旨在研究埃尔米特矩阵的惯性指数,对一个惯性指数不等式给出几种新证明,以及进一步推广.The purpose of this paper is to study the inertia index of Hermitian matrix, and presents some new proofs and further generalizations of the inertia index inequality.
