摘 要:小学全科教师的英语专业素养是其综合素养的重要组成部分,对培养小学生英语语言能力具有重要的影响。学校要重视培养小学全科教师专业学生的英语专业素养。文章通过问卷调查和访谈的方式了解目前小学英语教师和小学全科职前教师的英语专业素养情况,指出小学全科教师的英语专业素养包括英语学科知识素养和英语教学能力素养,并提出以职业需求为导向培养小学全科教师英语专业素养的策略:抓基础——严把英语语音语调、英文书写和英语口语关,保根本——夯实英语语言知识和英语技能,提高语言综合运用能力及文化素养,促关键——形成扎实的教学基本功,确保学生胜任小学英语教学工作,强保障——拓展教学技能,强化学习意识,为学生持续发展提供保障。The English professional quality of general teachers in primary schools is an important part of their comprehensive quality, which has an important impact on the development of pupils’ English language ability. Schools should attach importance to the cultivation of English professional quality of primary school general teachers and students. This paper, by means of questionnaire and interview, understands the current English professional quality of primary school English teachers and pre service teachers of primary school general subjects, points out that the English professional quality of primary school general subjects teachers includes English subject knowledge quality and English teaching ability quality, and puts forward strategies to cultivate the English professional quality of primary school general subjects teachers based on professional needs: laying stress on the foundation-strictly controlling English pronunciation and intonation, English writing and English speaking, ensuring the basics-consolidating English language knowledge and skills, improving comprehensive language application ability and cultural literacy, and promoting the key-forming solid basic teaching skills to ensure that students are competent for English teaching in primary schools, and strengthening security-expanding teaching skills, strengthening learning awareness, and providing guarantee for students’ sustainable development.
