基于企业新型学徒制的中石油职前培训研究

摘　　要：为深入贯彻中石油集团公司人才强企工程工作精神,进一步深化产教融合、创新技能人才培养模式,提高石油企业整体人才素质,推行企业新型学徒制,天津石油职业技术学院开设了企业新型学徒制中石油职前培训班,校企双方在培训学员服务管理、师资队伍建设、培训方案设计、培训组织实施、培训效果跟踪等方面进行了培训体系开发。In order to fully implement the spirit of engineering work of China National Petroleum Corporation,further deepen the integration of production and education,innovate the training mode of skilled talents,improve the overall quality of talents in petroleum enterprises,and promote the new apprenticeship system in enterprises,Tianjin Petroleum Vocational and Technical College has opened the pre-vocational training class based on the new apprenticeship system for CNPC.Both the college and the enterprise have developed the training system in aspects of trainee service management,teacher team construction,training program design,training organization and implementation,training effect tracking and so on.
