螺纹式种植体联合正畸治疗先天缺失牙疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索螺纹式种植体联合正畸治疗先天缺失牙的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年4月在笔者医院口腔门诊治疗的100例先天缺失牙患者,按随机数字表法分成种植组(n=50,螺纹式种植体治疗)和联合组(n=50,螺纹式种植体加正畸治疗)。比较两组缺失牙种植成功率、咀嚼效能及患者对牙体的满意度情况。结果:联合组治疗后6个月、1年的缺失牙种植成功率分别为92.00%、88.00%,均明显高于种植组的76.00%、70.00%;治疗后6个月、1年,两组咬合力、咀嚼效率均明显高于治疗前,且联合组均明显高于种植组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1年,两组患者咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观性、舒适性的评分均明显高于治疗前,且联合组均明显高于种植组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对先天缺失牙实施螺纹式种植联合正畸治疗,可明显提高缺失牙的种植成功率及咀嚼效能,有效提升患者对牙体的满意度。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of threaded implantation combined with orthodontics in the treatment of congenitally missing teeth. Methods A total of 100 patients with congenitally missing teeth who were treated in the dental clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were taken and grouped into implantation group(n=50, threaded implant therapy) and combination group(n=50, Screw implant combined with orthodontics treatment) according to the random number table method. The success rates of missing dental implant, masticatory efficiency and patients’ satisfaction with the teeth were compared between the two groups. Results The success rates of missing dental implant in the combination group at 6 months and 1 year after treatment were 92.00% and 88.00%, respectively, which were obviously higher than those in the implantation group, which were 76.00% and 70.00%;6 months and 1 year after treatment, the occlusal force, chewing efficiency of the two groups were obviously higher than those before treatment,and the combination group were obviously higher than the implantation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 1 year after treatment,the satisfaction scores in masticatory function, language function, aesthetics, comfort of patients in the two groups were obviously higher than those before treatment,and the combination group were obviously higher than the implantation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Threaded implantation combined with orthodontic treatment for congenitally missing teeth can greatly ameliorate the success rate of missing dental implant and mastication efficiency, and effectively ameliorate patients’ satisfaction with teeth.
