摘 要:肢体运动功能障碍是脑卒中最常见的后遗症,其恢复周期长,难度大,对患者生理和心理造成重要影响。因此,恢复卒中后肢体运动功能已成为当前康复的重点和难点。脑-肢协同调控技术即以肢体为靶器官和以脑为靶器官的康复技术有机组合,是有效促进肢体运动功能和脑功能恢复的康复策略。该文将以脑-肢协同调控技术为基础,通过查阅文献,对其理论和应用进行系统性阐述,进而为治疗卒中患者的肢体运动功能障碍提供更加合理有效的选择。Limb motor dysfunction is the most common sequela of stroke.Its recovery cycle is long and difficult,which has an important impact on the physiology and psychology of patients.Therefore,the recovery of limb motor function after stroke has become the focus and difficulty of current rehabilitation.Brain-limb coordinate regulation technology is a rehabilitation strategy that effectively promotes the recovery of limb motor function and brain function through the organic combination of rehabilitation technology with limbs as target organs and brain as target organs.Based on the brain-limb coordinate regulation technology,this paper will systematically elaborate its theory and application through literature review,and then provide a more reasonable and effective choice for the treatment of limb motor dysfunction in stroke patients.
