摘  要:肺癌是全世界死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,其早期诊断评估对患者综合治疗有至关重要的作用。肺癌的术前早期诊断依赖于多种影像及肿瘤标志物指标,但因其假阳性率高而无法精准评估。液体活检生物标志物可通过非侵入式方法对外周血中循环肿瘤细胞及DNA进行检测,正逐渐成为肿瘤精准医疗领域强有力的诊断工具。本文就液体活检类生物标志物及其联合临床影像学特征在肺癌早期诊断中的研究进展作一综述。Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest mortality worldwide,and its early diagnosis and evaluation have a crucial impact on the comprehensive treatment of patients.Early preoperative diagnosis of lung cancer depends on a variety of imaging and tumor marker indicators,but it cannot be accurately assessed due to its high false positive rate.Liquid biopsy biomarkers can detect circulating tumor cells and DNA in peripheral blood by non-invasive methods and are gradually becoming a powerful diagnostic tool in the field of precision medicine for tumors.This article reviews the research progress of liquid biopsy biomarkers and their combination with clinical imaging features in the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
